Ok I am sorry to harp on this but if you have received an email from Genea about this hack, you have been affected and you absolutely need to replace your cards. Or at least call or contact ID Care to find out next steps. The language imho is really unclear.

A note on the Genea breach: Though financial records have (allegedly) not been accessed on their end, criminals can still use data matching to access your financial information. You absolutely have to replace your Medicare card and number and any private health amp.abc.net.au/article/1049...

Tbh one of the easiest ways to spot a troll is looking to see if they do low energy posting. You can post a thoughtful paragraph with detailed information, and they'll just respond with "Fake news" or "proof?" Its the equivalent of men who stay in the dms just saying "hey" or "u avail"
