the impression i have is that artists with huge followings aren't having too much trouble rebuilding on bsky, but small artists are having just as much trouble as on twitter i really urge people to retweet art. this sucks massively and im sad people need to start from scratch

For those artists who fear that alt-text is dangerous because it helps scrapers. It doesn't do it! Use alt-text and keep Bluesky inclusive and friendly. If you don't do it, it's just because you're lazy or you don't care, there are no other excuses.
