This is a great time to get involved with local groups to lobby for, next, and support initiatives that protect the citizenry. It's an amazing time to build community and work together to pool resources and work for change. It's a necessary time to take a breath and talk to a therapist.

Take up a self defense martial art. It's good for your body and for your mind. It also gives you a bit of confidence when things are made to make you feel powerless.
