Update: Last March I was on Ozempic for only 5 Months. I lost 41lbs doing Alternate Day Fasting with it. I fell off track and gained back 12lbs. Started fresh back on ADF Jan 1st: My Goal Weight is: 190lbs I just wanted to update you that you can still maintain off Ozempic
