I don’t care if corporate DEI programs are disingenuous if they work. Some things don’t. The way to address that is to stop doing those things, not to stop all other things, nor to stop collecting and publishing the statistics that demonstrated they didn’t work. That’s just good ole HR gaslighting.

People also don’t necessarily know their local community health clinic is an FQHC. They just know that if you don’t have good insurance and you get sick, you go to Town Name Community Clinic or Ethnic Group Name Health Center or Neighborhood Name Clinic.
