Free tip: if you buy a house with a pool table in the basement, MAKE THE SELLER REMOVE IT unless you play pool like every weekend already. You won't play, it'll sit there for 3 years, and then you'll end up having to pay hundreds of dollars to get it hauled out because it weighs over 500 lbs. 😬
