Physical media was better, sounds better and can’t be taken away because someone decided they didn’t want you to have it anymore. Also, minidiscs were the perfect blend of the audio quality of CDs and the convenience of cassettes, but with even more potential uses.

Love this article by @vgtomo.bsky.social personally I never pay full price for a digital AAA game. I will only pay full price for physical copies and will refuse to buy a AAA game if its not released physically with the whole game on the disc. Hopefully can keep that going as long as possible.

There's something I need people to understand. The studio that made this released some numbers. They had to produce 85 minutes of footage to find 15 usable seconds for this ad. The machine that creates moving images out of nothing has a failure rate of 340:1 and the best 15 seconds... is this.

Just seen that @brockway.bsky.social and seanbaby did a podcast about the reality show space cadets. Which is great because it means I didn't hallucinate that shows existence as a kid and i get to hear other people talk about this insane idea.
