Amazon has removed it's pledge for Black equity and protection of LGBTQ+. McDonalds, Target, Ford, Toyota, Walmart, and Lowes, among others, have also removed internal protections for race and orientation and/or initiatives to diversify. The marginalized are being pushed back to the margins.
