Dear Dems: I'd love to stay above the fray, but we're beyond that now. A long time ago I figured out that the best way to keep your opponents from dragging you into the gutter is making it clear to them that you're far more comfortable there than they are. Beat them at their own game. Duh.

My grandfather was a fabricator with a 9th grade education, but he was one of the most well-read men I've ever known. He had a lot of free time sitting in the woods with a still, and he spent the time with a book. He referred to men like Yarvin as "educated idiots". I think that's very apt.

Christmas Eve, and I purchased not one single item from Amazon. I purchased 90% of gifts from small or local businesses. It really was not that much of a challenge and frankly was a much more pleasant experience. It's not that hard to not use Amazon. And it's sure as fuck easier on my wallet.
