We Need To Take Trump’s Rhetoric Seriously, But Not Literally vs. Have That Guy Killed

“Ew weird I bet no one likes you you freaks we’re so much better than you because we’re normal”. Is one of the most disgusting political strategies I’ve ever seen and seems calculated to offend the marginalized in society. It’s especially disgusting after the democrats have claimed to champion them.

OMG I GOT A BUCKET LIST ANT!! Polyergus oligergus is the Amazon ant species which raids Formica archboldi (the skull collecting ants, so called because they pile up trapjaw ant heads outside their nests. I'm not making this up), and I just witnessed a raid and found the nest! 😍 🌿 🐜🧪 Pics later

I often think about how Haber–Bosch, which is used to make nitrogen fertilizer (ammonia) from atmospheric nitrogen, uses 1% of the world's energy; a crazy amount for one process. But Shell's scenario for the year 2100 has direct air capture (DAC) using 13%(!) of the world’s energy.

But I think it was a good day internet

Poverty and perceived precarity, at their most basic level, ultimately serve to deprive folks from having time to be political subjects and having the resources to risk political actions. It’s by design. A world without extreme haves and have nots is a world that actually has to do democracy.
