I've been silent about it, as it frankly feels humiliating, but I got diagnosed with sleep apnea. It's likely why I've been so damn tired and grumpy anymore. Got prescribed a CPAP, though I have yet to get it as I'm still awaiting the call. Either way, I hope once I got it I'll have more drive.
