For the amount of days my kid has off school during the school year that I have to work on, I think the corporate world should add in some days off work that schools and day cares are in session. I just want a day to clean my house and relax a little without burning any time away.

I thought my big stressor for the day was going to be going to pick up my mother-in-law at the airport at the crack of dawn. Then my wife’s car blew a tire with both of the kids inside. Everybody’s fine, but all four tires need replacing and boy that bill. The hits, they simply do not stop coming.
