It’s Friday! Which means that everyone trying to make art is acutely aware of how much they didn’t make this week, just because of … whatever! I’ll be drawing in my sketchbook this afternoon to create my future inspiration but in the meantime here’s a Procreate sketch of mine of surface water.

Instead of charcoal, I cracked out my lovely ‘Tom’s Studio’ Lumos ink pen. I think this may be my favourite ink pen ever! Oh, and the image is the same subject as before, with a different approach. Change of plan. I was going to spend the whole day trying to draw water in #Procreate on my iPad in the warm house. Now, I am going to draw water on paper with charcoal in my freezing studio instead. It will be fun, but I’m really annoyed that I’ve literally drawn the nib off my Apple Pencil.
