Someone help me understand this. The Liberals are proposing a high-speed rail line in Ontario that is going to cost $3.9B for an ~5 year design phase. Why wouldn't we consult with the NUMEROUS countries (Japan, Germany, etc.) that have already done this? #CdnPoli #TeamCarney #Canada #Liberal
