Felt bad when I woke up this morning. I was curious if my Ōura ring picked up anything. It did. "Major signs." Elevated respiratory rate and heart rate. Decreased HRV. I get cold sweats and dizzy when I get up and move around. Back to bed for me today. Sigh.

One of the true joys in life is eating breakfast in a local diner. The waitress calls you sweetie and the regulars by name. The bacon melts in your mouth. They take care of the less fortunate customers. I got really lucky with the neighborhood I picked.

I don't understand why stressful shows like E.R. are comforting TV for me. Maybe it's because the people are highly competent and doing everything they can do to help others. The Pitt is a great addition to the genre. Noah Wylie is great. The rest of the cast is also great. Highly recommend.
