@naomijwilliams.bsky.social Reading a book on Admiral Yamamoto and came across a passage where it recounted a trip before the war he made through Russia on the Trans-Siberian railroad and it brought your experience to mind as well as Nikos Kazantsakis. Hope you are well, any new works coming out?

A prominent Catholic, Admiral and advisor to Emperor Hirohito, he had quite a fascinating life and would be interested in learning more on him.
