In my opinion, I think the democrats and Liberal's have been defeated. Yes, there is a lot of pushback from the courts. However, even if a judge rules against acts of the administration, do we really believe their going to comply? Who's stopping him? NO ONE! National Gaurd answers to Trump. Period.
