2/The United States Constitution does not permit the deportation of American citizens for committing a crime. That is not legal. But what’s legal doesn’t seem to matter to the Trump administration. The question is whether anything or anyone can still force him to follow the law.

It’s either a grievous mistake (possible, but I don’t think so), meant to intimidate (most likely), or it was done for the purpose of abducting and illegally transferring US citizen ‘test cases’ to a foreign prison. Once it works, the floodgates will likely open. I base my analysis on current facts.
