We’re going to be hearing a lot about meritocracy over the next few years. A lot of people will buy into the idea of “the most qualified are the ones that should be doing the work” which ignores years of research that says unconscious bias in hiring means many qualified candidates are ignored.

During my last trip I decided to switch up which carry on bag I took and used my “tech backpack.” I just pulled out one of my devices that I took and the screen was cracked. My trusty chrome bag has thousands of travel miles on it and I’ve never broken anything in it. Never changing again.
