Lot's of BS and making political hay about SoCal wildfires by felon Trump on down. Both the Fire Chiefs of LA Co. AND Orange Co. said tonight on 60 Minutes that these fires were quote, UNSTOPPABLE. NO amt. of "water pressure" or more firefighters could have have saved buildings in 100 MPH winds.

@ca-native-plants.bsky.social My wife planting a "commemorative" native (Salvia 'Kaleidoscope', a new cultivar I haven't run across till now) in our front yard, which needs some serious renovation, on Thanksgiving weekend. More species coming just in this one section, along with sheet mulching.
