BBC News on hour reporting straight that Trump has got rid of military chiefs because ‘they’re too mired in woke culture’ 🤯🤯🤯 Traditional liberal democratic media still hasn’t learned how to report on authoritarians, even now when it’s almost too late

My view is that subconsciously what he craves is a return for the type of energy you can only have in politics in the 50 days before and maybe the first 10 days after you win an election.

This would be much more persuasive if the government wasn't scheduling announcements like it was 2003

Fun article from Jack here

If you’re a Frasier fan, take a few minutes out to read this, you won’t regret it: open.substack.com/pub/archerpa...

One issue that is becoming clearer and clearer is that not only are British politicians obsessed with American politics, but they're bad at being obsessed with it. You could not get a more ass backwards description or the path Biden took to the presidency

Oh dear god. That's why musk has been obsessed with it, all this time, isn't it?

This is such a great example of what its actually really important to bring the heat to elected Republicans: they are massively soft crybabies who will 100% come unglued when faced with even the slightest bit of pushback from voters.

German diplomat to Clemenceau at the Versailles peace conference: 'I wonder what future historians will say about this?' Clemenceau:'They won't say Belgium invaded Germany.'

Genuinely couldn't believe this figure until I saw the Financial Times confirm it using Meta's own financial reporting data For THIS $100 billion is genuinely the kind of money you could "do the impossible" with. Crack nuclear fusion. HIV vaccine. Universal flu vaccine And they spent it on this

Why hasn't the Guardian made a profit since.....

Reminder: Zelenskyy refused to leave Kyiv as bombs fell. Donold hid in a bunker from protesters with cardboard signs.

The first reaction to this news should be concern about the future of voting by mail www.washingtonpost.com/business/202...

Me a month ago: I'm not sure the US Constitution will let the Democrats right Trump/Musk's crimes when they win in 2028 Me two weeks ago: I'm not sure this shit can continue until the Democrats win in 2028 Me now: I'm not sure this shit can continue until the Democrats win the mid-terms in 2026

One slightly odd thing all this nonsense is revealing is how much thoroughly privatised a lot of everyday activity is in Britain and Europe than in America. I suppose the need for Airport security to have guns, makes it harder to palm off to the private sector

It's also a lot of words for "i've got a flat ass"

Nobody would be helped more by punitive tax rates on billionaires than the billionaires themselves. No human can stay sane with the amount of money Musk has

Man, Zuckerberg wasn't kidding when he said Diversity in Equity had gone too far
