Reading the Batrachomyomachia (The Battle of the Frogs and Mice) has a surreal quality. So it's a mock epic poem about frogs and mice fighting, it's in the style of Homer, and maybe the Romans thought Homer wrote it, but maybe not? The whole thing feels like the reader is the subject of a prank.

Pictures (drawings, AI, etc) of Trump and Putin kissing and Trump and Musk kissing are going around on this app, and I hate how people who don’t like Trump (and maybe even think of themselves as “good liberals” or “allies”) fall back so damned easily to being homophobic. It really sickens me.
