I’m an introvert and hate talking in public. But, I’m fuckin pissed. I went to a local D event. They were talking about Nov elections. I spoke up, said that that would be too late. Was ignored. Said it again til they agreed. Moral: speak up, join a group, act, take up space. Move. Engage.

Every time I go into X my bubble that the world is a kind place is bursted. I go in there a bit each day (5-10min) to remind myself that some people just want to cause pain to others. I don’t want to get caught totally by surprise if/when things get worse. Each time I leave there I want to vomit.

To those who are pissed off about the cuts, I get it. But the cuts, sadly, are a shiny object we’re supposed to be distracted by. The goal is explained in this book. ‘On Tyranny’ by Timothy Snyder. Or lookup the author on YouTube. He gives lectures all over the world.

I love reading about history. Bio’s - founding fathers, leaders, WWII. When I fathom what could come ahead, my body shuts down: anxiety, insomnia. It helps to do my daily writing. 3 pages/day. Any thought, I put on the page. Soothing. Learned from ‘The Artist Way’ by Julia Cameron’. Stay well all.

I feel like a passenger on a train out of control driven by a madman, who’s locked himself in the engine car. In the back, half of the passengers and myself are yelling “stop, we’re out of control, we’re gonna have an accident.” The other half are yelling “go faster, yayyy.” Scary and frustrating.
