Just found my old #Sony mega remote in a dusty drawer. I remember getting it from one of the tech places along Tottenham Court Rd and it was pretty expensive (£80-£90?) for the mid '80s. Not enough buttons on the front? Just flip that bad boy open!

Post an image you can hear.

Didn't have this down as coming back as a game but I guess, by now, I shouldn't be surprised. I remember when the Bandai figures/toys got dumped into pound shops in the UK in the '90s and we all went scrambling to find them. Sold my Poly Esther many years later for a not inconsequential profit.

@goodboygalaxy.com - any more news on the First Press Games situation? I contacted them to cancel before Xmas and they fobbed me off with a 'it'll be done soon' message. There's still no release date and are they even allowed to release a version now?

I quite like a good investigation into the supernatural but crikey, I just can't stand BBC's Uncanny.

Even in the wacky world of comics, I'm not really sure how this is working. Is he also stretching the lenses somehow to get the magnification? Anyway, I hope we get this scene in the new FF movie. Honest, I promise I won't snigger.

Just saw a picture of a Rich Tea biscuit. Now, I fancy a Rich Tea biscuit. Face it, this is the sort of content you're after.

LP bought for the princely sum of £1 on the weekend. Couldn't resist the cover and the promise of tracks teaching me how say 'Cool', 'Sit On It' and 'Ayyyyyy' just like the Fonz. It's even die-cut on the reverse so you can stand it up and gaze at the Winkler while you're spinning his doo-wop faves.

Spot the secret phrase in the Sweep (of Sooty fame) Take A Sausage magazine. I’m sure Harry Corbett would be shocked.

Finished The Frog For Whom the Bell Tolls this morning. It's a lovely little game. Pretty easy but if you're a doddery old idiot like me that's a bonus, these days.

Actually drawing tonight. Amazing as it's only Tuesday and Sort Your Life Out is on the telly and everyfink. I thank this album for keeping me on the straight and narrow.

Sometimes I'll just make thumbnail graphics for YouTube videos that don't exist.

All caught up on the Super Bowl trailers, now. '80s songs redone at half-speed - check. Kid's CGI flick being basically a series of one-liners - check (although RIHANNA IS SMURFETTE), some superhero guff and more jurassic larks. Oh, and MEGAN 2.0. We all know that's the winner, this year.
