My friends father nick named her Skeezix after the cartoon strip Gasonline Alley from the 1920s. This was the first strip that the characters actually aged with the strip. I painted her a box with the character for her to store mementos of her dad in 🥰

This antique flamingo about 80-90 years old, made of aluminum was ready for a spruce up. Took a LOT of applications of stripper to get through all the paint. I’ll bring her back to a pink color now! No more orange flamingos 🦩#flamingo #diy #refinish #refurbish #pink #projects
