Landmark - Inktober 2024, Day 31 The Hold underneath these hills is long gone, devastated in the years of war and ruin. But the halls of it are strong, waiting for dwarfs to return and clear out the rubble. Now, only the slanted statue stays as a solitary landmark of once big settlement.

Scarecrow - Inktober 2024, Day 25 This scarecrow definitely isn't meant for scaring off crows. It reeks of unspeakable rituals and horrifying sacrifices. Whatever energies those nets gather in the still cold air, they could only be used for malevolent purposes. This abominable effigy must be razed.

Expedition - Inktober 2024 Day 24 Sometimes there's no need to go to an expedition alone. There's strength in numbers and there's specialisation too. Much more can be achieved by a tight-knit group, provided the venture is deemed promising enough.

Rust - Inktober 2024, Day 23 Undead skeletal warriors are not a formidable enemy. Little more then rattling bones, animated by hatefull magics, just as likely to crumble to dust as their rusted weapons and armor. The problem is quantity, always the quantity.

Camp - Inktober 2024 Day 22 When staying in the same place for a while, a more permament camp is in order. Amenities of a field camp like this are scarce but welcome. Less time is spent worrying about the food and shelter, more time to work, to research.

Rhinoceros - Inktober 2024, Day 21 The northen lands are harsh and unforgiving country. The daring dwarfs up there have managed to tame some of the ferocious wooly rhinos. They use them a beast of burden, and, as traversing boreal wastes would regularly require - a war mount.
