As I reflect more on my partner's recent swearing-in at the Supreme Court, I'm reminded of the importance of visibility in the workplace. When I first started at @hf.co almost three years ago, I was the only nonbinary person and the only person to use they/them pronouns.

Over Thanksgiving, my dad, who admittedly, has come a long way from his socially conservative upbringing, was complaining about how he “no longer sees himself represented” in baseball “these days because there are no longer and white players.” Just looked it up. ~60% of MLB players are white.
