Please hire me to be your town sorcerer. I can collect orange blossoms in tiny tea cups. I can gaze intensely at pebbles. I can tell the townsfolk about dogs I saw on my walk. I can stand on the roof and sing with the moon.

hmm do i want to make this into a birthday trip?

One reason the fascists are using terror tactics, bellowing draconian threats and demanding compliance so loudly is because they have real weaknesses around numbers and capacity. Their grip is weaker than it looks and the resistance they're already getting scares them.

The idea that the fascists cannot be defeated is the core of all fascist propaganda if you are spreading it you are spreading fascist propaganda it's as simple as that Moreover, ICE must be destroyed

me: i will go into the woods for a few days! so relaxing! me right now: so many scary animal noises! i am in a cabin though so it's less stressful. i think it's a weird sounding owl and some other shrieking bird.

in case anyone else needs to hear it, you are strong, good, and beautiful. even when things look bleak, remember life hasn't been able to defeat you yet. you've survived every battle. keep going

The quote meme is "Happy #NationalAnimeDay! What’s your favorite anime?" i haven't actually seen that much anime but

I see some people responding by talking about autistic family members that are married and/or have jobs and y'all are missing the point You don't have to date anyone or have a job to be a member of society. Even the most "severely" autistic individuals aren't a drain on society, they ARE society

decided to check out an art kit while i'm here.

Feeling the entire weight of the first stanza of REVOLUTIONARY LETTER #52 (Diane DiPrima, 1971)

dinner was late at the retreat center i guess because of a computer issue but because of it i ended up with two dinners 🤷

the first time i read this poem i just felt blessed my work was included in this issue.

But ALSO: autistic people not doing any of those things RE jobs, marrying etc. still HAVE A RIGHT TO LIVE FULFILLING LIVES. Our worth isn't determined by what we contribute to a (capitalistic) society. Our worth is that we are all human.

i know that my kind of poetry isn't the kind he wants out in the world t4t is a different kind of loving a haunting as we stretch for joy radical living we'll know we're free when the names of who we lost are yahzreit on the wall not tangled all around us with barbed wire

oh yes, so happy

I don't know who needs to hear this, but if you are a writer and you are facing a deadline that you're having trouble hitting -- just tell your editor. They can work with you. You are on the same team. Things they can help with. 1. Moving the deadline 2. Contingency planning. 3. Decision making.

what more could you want?

meet me at dusk. dare we kiss at the multifaith shrine?

Transphobes don't get to claim Joan of Arc. She's all of us, fighting for a future.

i'm looking forward to being in love

This poem is amazing. Make some time for it today. You won't regret it.

I just feel like it would be easier to actually help citizens instead of living in cold sweats spinning every act of evil as fighting monsters that arent real
