So. Get surgery last June. Pay full $1300 balance from the estimate upfront. Easy peasy. Happy. Bout 8mo later, get slammed with bill for about $3000 and another for $2700 from two different hospitals. Call, find out different hospitals handle the surgeon, the anesthesia, and the location.
