FFS, we had to replace our boiler and I got a heat pump quote, but gave up at the point where it became clear we'd need to put it in the middle of our (tiny) garden because terraced houses. And then dig up the recently installed tiles to put a pipe in, and get a party wall agreement

Update: reports today that multiple legal observers were arrested today in New York at two separate immigration courts, for allegedly “obstructing” ICE. Not only that, apparently some immigration courts are barring the public from attending hearings. This mess is escalating fast.

I went to a panel discussion that touched on this, and essentially, a deep dive with lots of data can get popular. A quick piece that goes out when the topic is fresh can get noticed if it brings a new angle What you can't get eyes on at all is a mid-length piece that sat around for 2 weeks or more
