Our landlord sent a lease requiring us to pay court & atty fees in an eviction. We contacted Community Legal Aid; They offer free legal advice through the LDP. They said to check our state's website or our county bar assoc. Our bar assoc. aids only landlords & CLA is the only contact for tenants.
