This round of tariffs will be an unmitigated disaster. It will cause severe damage to the US economy and economies around the world. Hopefully, it will be an unmitigated disaster for the Republican Party and for the orange baboon who leads it now.

The scene in the oval office of Trump and Vance berating Zelensky is disgraceful and an embarrassment to this country. The two of them sound like schoolyard bullies. Zelensky was trying to have a dialogue, and the two of them were interested in nothing other than making themselves look tough.
