taking a walk helped a lot! we live in a quiet neighborhood so it's easy to just throw on a jacket & go. been awhile since i've enjoyed the scent of a real, proper new england winter. i don't miss dealing with driving in/shoveling ice & snow, but i adore the aesthetics & sensory pleasures of it.
