Made steel-cut oats in my Instant Pot this morning.. had just enough for one bowl. Tried a spoonful (maybe a tsb) of peanut butter stirred in.. holy crap.. that’s my new favorite topping. Just added a bit of sweetness and a fabulous earthiness to the oats.
