I try not to dwell on bad dates and bad anniversaries but when your mom passes on tax day and it’s 3 days before your birthday, it’s hard to block that or forget. It’s a little easier as the years pass.

I was hours from my MRI then then it got cancelled because the pre-approval was not correct and they had to resubmit. The USA health care system is garbage. It's never going to be great here, it's going to look like MAD MAX here soon. Also don't come here for cons, you're not safe. Seriously.
