Not only we need to identify them, but we also need to invest more time in them. Leaders tend to spend more time with their under-performers trying to bring them (back) to an acceptable level. However we need to spend more time with our best ones because they move us disproportionately farther.

I know this won't come as a surprise for most of you, but let me repeat it: We have a shockingly bad Repair Culture! My son's phone's screen went black. The phone still vibrates, rings etc. We have device protection, but we didn't even get the option to repair. They're just sending a new one.
