Flu surge in Arkansas continues. Both flu A and Covid are killing Arkansans. Emergency rooms visits for flu are extremely high. Your flu shot will reduce severity, but the best way to stay out of the hospital is to not contract flu or covid in the first place. 😷

In case you missed it - California now requires servers to be paid at least the standard minimum wage ($16.50 per hr) Tips are NOT counted against that min wage pay Employers still cannot claim any of the tip money ... It's great to see the state ending that weird astrict next to minimum wage.
