What did Trevor Nelson do yesterday?

I wanted a challenge so started Anna Karenina thinking it would be a real slog and tough work. It's the complete opposite, I'm loving it. Recently loved 'Solito', a memoir of a young boy who travelled from El Salvador to enter the US, really eye opening.

Looking at results from all over and qualifying draws for next week, so many retirements. Such a shame that players are starting seasons with injuries because of how messed up the calendar is. I've never cared less about tennis than I do now, there's just too much!

In what way did Ipswich "not play the game"? Seems like they played a pretty good game to me, restricted Arsenal to just a few chances in the final 20 mins. Should Ipswich have played in a way more acceptable to Arsenal?

Oh and also, what did you do yesterday?

Why is African football so hard to watch? I'm wanting to go to afcon next year and love that tournament. Can't see any of the qualifiers in the UK. Meanwhile on YouTube, I've seen bits of St Vincent v Bonaire and Cuba v St Kitts. More football on YouTube Ty x

This just isn't true. Make your case. Why should farms with assets of over a million (and actually even more than that because of exemptions) be exempt from paying inheritance tax?

I've just started it, which I wouldn't have done if it was 50 episodes as I think you're suggesting (?). I don't think more episodes=more ambitious

I wish more was made available on YouTube. Hoping to go to Morocco for AFCON next year, have loved that tournament since I was a child. I don't think any of the qualifiers are available to watch in the UK 😞 makes no sense.

You could do that. Or you could watch Saint Vincent & the Grenadines vs Bonaire in the CONCACAF nations league

I think that's one of the biggest problems for newly promoted sides. It's not that they're all terrible, but you sign a load of new players and then there's no games to play. We'd have played 15 rather than 11 in championship. Losing to Wimbledon in league cup slowed us down I think #itfc

Hi Max. What did you do yesterday?

I'd go same but: Hutchinson, Chaplin, Szmodics Omari just gets on the ball so much more there. There's some recency bias here because Chaplin did really well in recent start, could easily chance to Szmodics at 10 and Clarke on the left in a few weeks.

I can't recommend this book highly enough. All you need to know about Seb Coe, but more importantly, what a legend Caster Semenya is.

Women Talking was the most gripping cinema experience of my life but I don't think I'll ever watch it again. I asked my wife to go see it, sadly she chose Magic Mike's Last Dance instead. Tough choice.

Good to have you Max, two football podcasts a week plus the Sunday pod wasn't enough content for me. I think you should tell us what you did yesterday as an intro to Bluesky.
