One of my bird feeders got a bit bent out of shape and needed a replacement part. Emailed and they said it was £7 p&p (bargain. It was a squirrel buster so they aren’t cheap ). Lovely man on the phone said not to worry and he will post it out to me for free 😭

My car needed an update. I’d asked the dealer to do it when servicing they did not. At Hyundai telling me to do it myself it’s no bother. 57gb download to my laptop then 27gb transfer to a &)(&&-£!” Memory stick. I am 8 hours in and livid 😂

Devastating for scientists and their research, and everyone who benefits from that research. I’m not sure if everyone outside academia is aware that a delay or “pause” in grant funding often means the researchers themselves are lost from the field, along with their expertise.
