It's fascinating watching my daughter learn about money in school. She's okay doing the maths, but the hardest thing for her is recognising the coins themselves - she's only seen the occasional pound in her life, but that's it. Makes you think about how much the world's changed.

At SFC we're 100% flexible: people can work wherever they prefer. Some prefer to always work from home, some people prefer hybrid, some people prefer to always be in the office. All scenarios come with their own pros & cons but they are mostly personal. We've never seen a difference in productivity.
