English Raspberry Trifle Made with pound cake, egg custard w/tons of vanilla bean, fresh whipped cream, a little sherry drizzle and lots of home grown raspberries. Only served at Christmas time. My late grandmother’s recipe #whatscooking #amaturebaker

#whatscooking. My favorite part of thanksgiving is actually the next day when we make turkey sandwiches with leftover dark meat, sausage & apple dressing w a light layer of mayo on the turkey side of the bread and cranberry sauce spread on the dressing side. I wait all year for that sandwich.

For Thanksgiving at my mom’s I was assigned stuffing. Decided to make it this afternoon but somehow it got away from me, I’ve ended up with mountains of it. Had to give away about 10lb of it & still have way too much. Apple & sausage sage stuffing. Anyone short on stuffing? Hit me up.

#whatscooking this Orange Bunt Cake was on the cover of Food & Wine magazine. Have everything I need to make it including the garnishes. My bunt pan is a little less fancy but should work. Will post photos in the morning and if suitable bring to THG dinner at my mom’s tomorrow. Wish me luck😜
