Went for a 4-mile pace run and then singles pickleball for an hour today. Cardio day = done. #FitnessSky

I’ll gladly accept the progress. Down from 11.8% to 11.2% in 10 days despite a decent bit of wine and beer. Jamaica in 56 days. This cut is making me feel so weak. Went to failure on incline 85 lbs db presses and they both dropped right on my chest. 😂 Good workout though. #FitnessSky

Trying to decide if I’m going to do my InBody scan tomorrow or Friday. Diet has been a little meh past ten days, so I’m expecting to come in around 11.5% body fat if I’m lucky. I suppose I might as well find out.

80 grams of protein for lunch. I hate being so big, man. Consuming this much is just ridiculous. Diet management is 100% the hardest part of a fitness journey.
