Installed the "Nintendo Today!" app solely to see if they had any DK news. The answer was no, but he does have an option to select so fingers crossed that means something.

The more I think about it, the more I believe DK Jungle Climber would make a fantastic mobile game. Controls could easily translate to a touch screen, and the gameplay is simple enough to make multiple levels for easily while still maintaining a fun challenge.

The more I play the GBA remakes of the DKC games the more I begin to appreciate them. Besides the QoL changes I've come to appreciate the visual changes over the years. If only I could get them to sound like the SNES versions.
