Breaking my 3 day fast with a gala apple, halo and 1tbsp creamy peanut butter, with water and green tea. I'm nauseous though >:(( I weighed in at 183 this morning, tot of 22lbs lost in a month, 7 in this 3 day fast. I'm proud. Been very active as well. #shedsky #caterpillarsky #edsky #anasky #ana
