I can’t stress enough how important it is for your mental health to take breaks from the internet, make plans with your loved ones, take up a craft or hobby, read for pleasure. Our brains were not made to be online 24 hours a day. You will not regret a life spent in this world.

Did you know? There’s a directory of Black farmers: “The Black Farmers Index.” Buy and uplift local. Many are small-scale specialists and located in urban areas. I found an organic resource in my area that I will definitely check out.
