I've been having an issue with my new PC where the CPU temperature would randomly spike for 10 seconds, and then go back down. Ended up doing a BIOS and chipset driver update and that might've fixed the issue

Got back from my business trip last night, and I was worried that eating junk half the time would mean my weight was gonna bounce back. But checking this morning, I'm down 16.5 pounds from my starting weight back in mid January! (5.5 pounds down from before the business trip)
