Holy shit! You’ve got to see this town hall. Republicans are starting to get torn apart by their own constituents. Rep. Rich McCormick: “You don’t think I’m going to stand up for you?” Woman in the crowd: “You need to stand up.” Another woman: “Don’t bend over.” 🔥

About the larger politics of antipathy and posting this thinking about the murder of the Bibas children butchered by demons and abandoned by their government: jewishphilosophyplace.com/2025/02/21/a...

Woke up this morning stunned at the terrible news that the Bibas children were butchered by Hamas/Jihadi terrorists. I found myself wishing they had been killed in an Israeli airstrike, and am going to sit with this thought for a long time

spent good part of the day watching Channel 12, which showed relatively few clips of the horror show staged by Hamas over the dead bodies of a mother, her children, and a grandfather. The coverage focused on grief in Israel, not rage and calls for revenge

A horrible hole in a people's heart filled by what that comes after?

As Trump Turns Toward Russia and Against Ukraine, Republicans Are Mum www.nytimes.com/2025/02/19/u...

We are literally racing against the clock to see if our baby can get fully vaccinated before RFK and his anti-vaccine death cult stop us. As far as I’m concerned, anyone who voted for this—that means Trump voters or voters for any of the GOP senators who confirmed RFK—tried to murder my baby.

They're going to gut Social Security

Politically, Ossoff's symbolic vote was a disaster, and this is where we are, at real risk.

Does Vice President Vance really think that supporting far-right parties in Europe is appropriate after visiting a concentration camp? Where are the Jewish voices calling on him to stop this hypocrisy?

I'm told the noise at the end was three people clapping. They were all in Vance's entourage. The US is now both pariah and pitiful on the international stage.

Trump just trolled the Jewish people. Is there any self-awareness that there was never a "Trump Plan." Mar-a-Gaza was just smoke-and-mirror fantasy tailor-made for them that went puff the next morning?
