i have a silly problem. it's coldest in my house in the middle of the day, when it's warmest outside. in fact, the brighter outside, the colder inside. the thermostat is in direct sunlight. when the sun moves across it the reading quickly shifts from mid-60s to high 70s, and the heat won't trigger
