My meds have caused what I can only describe as ADHD symptoms in me that align pretty much with what my wife experiences and I gotta say. This sucks. It's so hard to focus on or do anything.

One thing I've been trying to improve on in my art lately is posing. My poses are always so stiff and awkward imo. I've been gathering a lot of reference images so that when I'm better and have the time to sit down and actually draw I can hopefully work on that.
