There is nothing about the officers being purged that suggests any particular political ideology or partisan affiliation, and that's why they're being purged. It's not about replacing "woke" liberals or Democrats. It's about replacing professional nonpartisan neutrals with MAGA-hatted lickspittles.

It may not be cool or hip in some circles, but we legitimately do need a massive amount of people to run for office. Flood the school boards, councils, county seats, state legislatures, Congress, etc. Big changes at the top happen when the ground shifts at the bottom. And that can start now.

A federal "probationary" employee is anyone who has been in their position less than a year. If you're hired under veterans preference, it's two years. EVERY seasonal employee is probationary. Virtually all firefighters. Most park rangers.
